We currently ship nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy as our official delivery partner.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, packing, and dispatch after your order has been confirmed.

During product drops, promotional periods, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched.

Major Cities / Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, etc.)  
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Regional / Outlying Areas  
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote area routing, or unforeseen delays.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel size.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website when applicable.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure:
- Your shipping address is complete and accurate
- A valid mobile number is provided
- Someone is available to receive the parcel during delivery hours

Courier deliveries are generally made during business hours:  
Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

A signature or delivery confirmation may be required upon delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address details
- No recipient available
- Inaccessible delivery location

the parcel may be returned to us or re-attempted according to courier procedures.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

LOST / DELAYED PARCELS

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, AIRNERGY will assist with tracking and support, but delivery timelines remain subject to the courier's operations.

If your parcel appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can investigate and assist.
